One day, a son asks his dad "Daddy, would you like to run a marathon with me?". The father says "yes".
And they run their first marathon together.
Another time, the son asks his dad again "Daddy, would you like to run a marathon with me?". The father says "yes son".
One day, the son asks his father " Daddy, would you run the Ironman with me?"
The Ironman is the most difficult triathlon ever ( 4 kms swimming, 180 kms bikin, 42 km running? )
And the dad says "yes".

Sure, my deadlines are still there and I'm still not anywhere near meeting them, but i know i have nothing to fear for in Christ alone all things are possible.

Its been a seemingly relaxed week compared to the last few I've been having.
I attribute it to not as many project meetings considering how most of the deadlines for submission were met last week and God Grace.
Anymore and my body would have revolted.

When your body finally gives in to infection and your forced to take a day or 2 of leave to recuperate.

And like the good listener i am, i popped the drugs and spent the day resting which was long overdue relief for my overworked physical self.

The perks of a drug high. =)

Once in a while Joshua embarks on journeys he's not sure if he will regret like 10 years down the line or maybe even 2 years for that matter.

Have to be clear where you draw the line Joshua's, you've had too many disputations in the last 2 years alone some of which ended not entirely too pleasant.

In the era where you can be accused of being too nice, nothing really surprises me anymore.

I wish i could say i've been productive this weekend but its obvious that i haven't. Sure, the deadlines have moved nearer but i haven't done anything. In fact I'm at a lost at what i have to do.

i have this negating urge to do what my best friend did and quit school but i know inside that i have to carry on and persevere.
