And so ends the first day of being a TRACKer.
Many of you have been asking me what being a TRACKer is and now i shall give u all some insight on what it is about. Basically its a 2 month long course orgainised by the TRAC board of Youth Ministry. Its here i will under go a journey of Discovery in the persuit of my destiny in Christ. In short thats what it is but putting it simply its when i can learn for about growing in my walk in God and learning what He has planned for me. I kinda chose to attend this rather than got to a CI or like go overseas cause i figured it would be more benificial to me in the long run.
Day 1
Arrived to a scene of new faces, i only knew like Qing Ying at first, but as the day went on we had a few icebreakers and we got our groupings and from there i got to know for people. Bear in mind this is a Methodist backed programme so like i think all 28 of us including me came from a variety of Methodist Churches. Bedok Methodist being the 'Home ground' had the most participants from a single church.
Session one was pretty interesting with the intro to personal vision and SHAPE. We ended early being the first day and not wanting to go home (even though i had like 4 hours before dedication service) i got to know a few more people.
Dedication service was Great wana thank my Mum, Audrey,Ben,Grace& Shi Jia who came down to pray for us.
Yup that abouts sums up my day. I'm beat day starts at 9 tomorrow and i got to do a journal.
